Reports

CAMPS is designed to produce several different types of reports, as described below.  For each type of report, the user will be asked to enter specific information, such as a Start and End Date, a Jurisdiction Code, etc.  The fields that are required will display in red, and will be asterisked.

After completing the necessary fields, click SEARCH.  In most cases a grid will display allowing the user to select a specific jurisdiction or department.  Once selected, the system will produce a report in PDF format that can then be printed, if desired.  The information displayed on the reports is limited by the jurisdiction security of the user.  Additionally, only active employees will display (unless otherwise requested by the user).

imgIMPORTANT TIPS:  For employee-based reports, such as the Active Employee Listing, or Employees in Title, we recommend that you use a Start Date of 01/01/1900 to insure the most accurate data.

Also, when entering jurisdiction information, complete either the Jurisdiction Code OR the Jurisdiction Name field.  Populating both fields does not always produce the desired results.
