- Symbol: A five or 6 digit identification number that accompanies a job title name.
- Title: The name of the position.
- Jurisdiction: Location of where the vacancy exists.
- Open to Residents of: The location (city, county or state) of where the applicant must live to qualify for the announcement.
- Issue date: Date when announcement is posted on the internet.
- Closing date: Last date to submit an application.
