PROVIDES DIRECT CARE AND COMMUNICATES INFORMATION PERTAINS TO PATIENT'S STATUS TO THE RN, FOR INCLUSION IN THE PLAN OF CARE. ENSURES THAT THE ANN KLEIN FORENSIC CENTER AND JOINT COMMISSION POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND GUIDELINES ARE ADHERED TO. PROMOTES PATIENT'S COMFORT AND HYGIENE BY INCREASING THEIR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL COMFORT, PREVENTING DETERIORATION IN THEIR GENERAL PHYSICAL CONDITION, FOSTERING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REHABILITATION. PARTICIPATE WITH INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM MEMBERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TREATMENT PLANS. COORDINATES PATIENT MEDICAL/DENTAL APPOINTMENTS. Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
