IMPORTANT INFORMATION If you have received a notice affording appeal rights, your appeal must be filed within the time frame provided on that notice. Otherwise, appeals must be filed within 20 days of when an individual knows or should have known of the matter that is being appealed. In either case, appeals are not considered filed for timeliness purposes until the appeal is submitted on the final page of the online appeal form. Please note untimely appeals will be summarily dismissed.

Complete/Track an Appeal

To complete/track an appeal, you need to click the tracking URL in the email sent from the Appeal Filing System to complete/track your appeal.
