E. TEACHERS: SALARY RANGE ADJUSTMENTS

The titles listed below have been determined to be eligible for the Teacher
Two-Range Salary Increase Program which was initiated in October 1990 and
supplemented in June 1994. This adjustment applies to those titles in Employee
Relations Groups A, P, R, and S which function as classroom teachers or
instructors, except for those employees designated confidential pursuant to the
New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act, N.J.S.A. 34:13A-3, or other
statutory authority.

These increases do not impact on the class code or job content evaluation of
affected titles.
